Ruralco operates a dedicated, local Customer Service Centre aiming for first point resolution which cardholders can call for all enquires including:

• Orders, quotes and cardholder enquires
• Fertiliser orders
• Electricity and Fuel enquires
• Organising on-farm delivery of Ruralco Farm Supplies purchased goods

Regardless of whether customers are calling, texting or emailing the Customer Service Centre, the team has the knowledge to help with even the most complex queries, thanks to their collective backgrounds within
the sheep, beef, arable and dairy industries.
